Job Description - Client Support Specialist

Job Description:


Unity Technologies is seeking a part-time Client Support Specialist to join our team in London, England. As an Entry Level position, we require at least 1 year of experience in customer service or technical support.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat to clients using Unity software - Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues clients may encounter - Document and track client interactions and issue resolutions in our database - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client issues - Assist in onboarding new clients and conducting software training sessions - Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and share insights with the team - Contribute to the development and improvement of client support resources and knowledge base


Requirements: - Hardworking and resourceful individual with a strong customer service orientation - Excellent communication skills and ability to present technical information in a clear and concise manner - Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think innovatively to resolve client issues - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously - Experience working with CRM software or ticketing systems is a plus - Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes - Must be located in London, England, UK
