Job Description: Klarna, a leading financial technology company, is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Client Support Specialist to join our team. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home in London, England.
Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Troubleshoot and resolve client inquiries and issues in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of interactions with clients in the company database - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Assist with training new team members on client support processes and procedures - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to better assist clients - Meet and exceed key performance indicators set by management
Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Driven and resilient personality traits - Strong planning and leadership skills - No prior experience required
