Job description:


Tenet Healthcare, a leading healthcare company, is seeking a part-time Client Support Specialist to work from home in London, England, UK. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional customer support to clients via phone, email, and chat - Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues and provide solutions - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex client inquiries - Maintain accurate records of client interactions and follow up on any outstanding issues - Help clients navigate Tenet Healthcare's products and services - Participate in ongoing training to stay up to date on industry best practices - Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure client satisfaction


Requirements: - Proven experience in customer service or client support roles - Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively convey information to clients - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively - Adaptable and confident when dealing with challenging situations - Presentation skills to effectively communicate with clients - Leadership skills to guide clients through complex issues
