Client Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

We are seeking a Client Support Specialist to join our team at Graybar Electric in London, England. This is a part-time remote position, perfect for individuals looking for flexibility and the opportunity to work from home. As an Associate Level professional with at least 4 years of experience, you will play a key role in providing exceptional client support and building strong relationships with our customers.

Responsibilities: - Provide exceptional support to clients through various channels such as phone, email, and chat - Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and escalate to the appropriate departments when necessary - Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure seamless communication and service delivery - Maintain accurate client records and document interactions in our CRM system - Proactively identify opportunities to improve client satisfaction and retention - Assist in developing strategies to enhance client experience and drive business growth - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to better serve our clients

Requirements: - Energetic and driven individual with a passion for delivering excellent client service - Strong strategic planning and time management skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Experience in a customer service or client support role preferred - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
