Job Description - Client Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:


We are looking for a Client Support Specialist to join our team at Charles Schwab in London, England. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and helping them navigate our products and services.


Responsibilities: - Respond to client inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist clients with account setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting - Educate clients on our various products and services to help them make informed decisions - Collaborate with internal teams to address client issues and enhance the overall customer experience - Document all client interactions and resolutions in our CRM system - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our clients - Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities to improve your skills and knowledge


Requirements: - 1 year of customer service experience preferred - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Motivated and adaptable with a strong desire to learn and grow - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Strong organizational and project management skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
