Client Support Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

We are looking for a Client Support Specialist to join our team at Northwestern Mutual, working remotely from home in London, England. As a Client Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, helping them navigate our products and services with ease.

Responsibilities: - Act as the main point of contact for client inquiries, providing timely and accurate responses - Assist clients with account setup, troubleshooting, and general inquiries - Educate clients on our products and services, ensuring they have a clear understanding of how to utilize them effectively - Work closely with other team members to resolve client issues and escalate to higher levels of support when necessary - Maintain accurate and detailed records of client interactions and follow-up as needed

Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service or client support role - Adaptable and driven individual with a strong desire to help others - Excellent planning and critical thinking skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote environment - Proficient in using customer support software and Microsoft Office suite
