Job Description - Contact Center Assistant

As a Contact Center Assistant at Netskope in London, England, UK, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to clients through various communication channels. This part-time role is ideal for someone at the Associate Level with at least 3 years of experience in customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and emails from clients, addressing their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner. 2. Logging all customer interactions accurately in the company's system for tracking and reporting purposes. 3. Collaborating with other team members to provide comprehensive solutions to customer issues. 4. Assisting in the management of customer accounts, including updating contact information and processing service requests. 5. Communicating feedback and suggestions from clients to the relevant departments for continuous improvement.


Requirements: 1. Motivated and driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment. 2. Outstanding cooperation skills to work effectively with team members and clients. 3. High emotional intelligence to empathize with customers and provide personalized support. 4. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 5. Proficiency in using customer service software and Microsoft Office suite.
