Job Description - Remote Contact Center Assistant

Job Description:


St. Jude Medical is seeking a Remote Contact Center Assistant to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in a similar role.


Responsibilities: 1. Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and live chats with customers in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Assist customers with product inquiries, technical support, and order processing. 3. Escalate customer issues as needed to the appropriate department for resolution. 4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in the CRM system. 5. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 6. Provide feedback to management on ways to improve customer service processes.


Requirements: 1. Resourceful and driven personality traits. 2. Strong leadership and teamwork skills. 3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. 6. Experience working in a contact center or customer service role.
