Job Description:
Hess, a leading energy company, is seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our team in London, England. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring at least 4 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with product and service information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution. 3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Identify and escalate priority issues to the appropriate department. 6. Contribute to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of the contact center operations.
Requirements: 1. Energetic and confident personality. 2. Strong leadership and people management skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Proficiency in using contact center software and CRM systems. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 6. Flexibility to work varied shifts, including weekends and evenings.
