Contact Center Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Dean Foods is seeking a Contact Center Assistant to join our team in London, England, UK. This is a part-time remote position at the Associate Level, ideal for individuals with at least 4 years of experience in customer service roles. As a Contact Center Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages from customers in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assist customers with inquiries, requests, and issues, ensuring a positive experience. 3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer concerns and provide solutions. 5. Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department for resolution. 6. Continuously strive to improve processes and enhance customer satisfaction. 7. Meet and exceed performance targets set by the company.

Requirements: 1. Reliable and driven individual who is passionate about delivering outstanding customer service. 2. Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills. 3. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. 4. Proficient in using various communication channels and CRM software. 5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. 6. Flexibility to work varied shifts and weekends as needed. 7. High school diploma or equivalent.
