Job Description - Contact Center Associate

Job Description:


JetBlue Airways is seeking a Contact Center Associate to join our team in London, England. As a Contact Center Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our passengers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will assist customers with booking flights, changing reservations, resolving issues, and providing information about our services.


Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with booking flights, changing reservations, and resolving issues - Provide information about JetBlue Airways products, services, and policies - Utilize a variety of communication channels, including phone, email, and chat, to assist customers - Follow company guidelines and procedures for resolving customer issues - Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer service experience - Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality and customer satisfaction scores - Continuously learn and adapt to stay ahead in a rapidly changing world


Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Adaptable and reliable personality traits - Excellent presentation and negotiation skills - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management (CRM) software - High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred
