Job Description - Contact Center Associate

Job Description:


We are seeking a dedicated and resourceful Contact Center Associate to join our team at Western Union in London, UK. As an Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a part-time position with the opportunity for growth within the company.


Responsibilities: - Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries - Resolving customer issues and complaints in a timely and professional manner - Providing product information and assistance to customers - Processing transactions and documenting customer interactions accurately - Collaborating with team members to ensure customer satisfaction - Maintaining a high level of customer service standards at all times


Requirements: - Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer service or related field - Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with customers in a positive and professional manner - Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically - Demonstrated leadership qualities and the ability to work effectively in a team environment - Ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environment - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software
