Contact Center Associate

Job Description:

Delek US Holdings is looking for a part-time Contact Center Associate to join our team in London, England. As an Associate level position, the Contact Center Associate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to all clients and customers through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.

Responsibilities: - Manage incoming calls, emails, and chats from customers and provide accurate and timely responses to their inquiries. - Utilize empathy and emotional intelligence to understand customer needs and provide appropriate solutions. - Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service in all interactions. - Assist with resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner. - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. - Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.

Requirements: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. - Adaptable and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment. - Motivated to exceed customer expectations and achieve company goals. - Strong emotional intelligence and people management skills. - Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. - Ability to problem-solve and think critically. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
