Job Description:
Walgreens Boots Alliance is seeking a part-time Contact Center Associate to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support through various communication channels. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in a customer service role and possess the personality traits of being resourceful and reliable. Additionally, strong soft skills in persuasion and emotional intelligence are required to effectively assist customers and resolve their inquiries.
Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and courteous manner. 2. Providing accurate information about products, services, promotions, and policies. 3. Handling customer complaints and finding solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. 4. Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately and efficiently. 5. Collaborating with other team members to address complex customer issues. 6. Maintaining a positive and helpful attitude towards customers at all times. 7. Following company protocols and procedures for escalating issues when necessary. 8. Meeting and exceeding customer service KPIs and metrics.
Requirements: 1. High school diploma or equivalent. 2. 2+ years of experience in a customer service role. 3. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. 4. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 5. Proficiency in MS Office and customer service software. 6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 7. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. 8. Must be resourceful, reliable, and possess strong persuasion and emotional intelligence skills.
