Job Description - Contact Center Associate

Job Description:


XPO Logistics is currently seeking a part-time Contact Center Associate to join our team in London, England. As an Entry Level position, we are looking for individuals with at least 1 year of experience who are adaptable, energetic, have strong negotiation skills, and are able to problem-solve effectively.


Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat - Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' needs and concerns - Effectively communicate with customers to provide solutions and resolve issues in a timely manner - Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates - Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations - Participate in ongoing training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Excellent communication and listening skills - Strong problem-solving abilities - Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays - Must have access to a reliable internet connection for remote work
