Mondelez International is seeking a motivated and adaptable Contact Center Manager to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience in a contact center or customer service role.
Responsibilities: - Manage and oversee the daily operations of the contact center, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive continuous improvement - Monitor and analyze KPIs to track performance and identify areas for improvement - Lead and motivate a team of contact center agents, providing coaching and feedback as needed - Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience across all touchpoints - Handle escalated customer inquiries and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as industry regulations
Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field - Proven experience in a contact center management role - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Excellent leadership and communication skills - Ability to adapt to change and drive results under pressure - Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and contact center software
