Job Description - Remote Contact Center Manager

Job Description:


Entergy is seeking a dynamic and experienced Remote Contact Center Manager to join our team in London, England. As a part-time position with mid-to-senior level seniority, the ideal candidate should have at least 7 years of experience in contact center management.


Responsibilities: - Manage a remote team of contact center agents, ensuring they meet performance targets and KPIs - Develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and retention rates - Monitor call quality and provide feedback and coaching to agents as necessary - Conduct regular performance reviews and create action plans for underperforming team members - Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience - Utilize contact center software to track and analyze performance data - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve operations - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field - Proven experience in contact center management, with a minimum of 7 years in a similar role - Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a remote team - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Hardworking attitude with a high level of confidence - Negotiation skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment - Proficiency in contact center software and Microsoft Office suite
