Job Description - Remote Contact Center Manager

As a Remote Contact Center Manager at Avnet, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing our customer service operations in the London, England region. This part-time position requires a Mid-to-Senior level professional with at least 7 years of experience in contact center management.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of remote contact center agents to ensure exceptional customer service delivery - Develop and implement strategies to improve contact center efficiency and performance - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and feedback to team members - Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution - Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and coordination of customer service efforts - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in customer service management


Requirements: - Motivated and resilient personality traits - Strong problem-solving skills and emotional intelligence - Proven experience in contact center management - Excellent communication and leadership skills - Ability to work effectively in a remote setting - Bachelor's degree in business administration or a related field (preferred) - Proficiency in contact center software and CRM systems
