Job Description - Contact Center Manager

Job Description: Dow Chemical is seeking a Contact Center Manager to join our team in London, England. As a leading chemical company, we are looking for a dynamic individual with at least 8 years of experience in contact center management to oversee our customer service operations. This position is part-time and requires a candidate who is energetic, dedicated, creative, and has strong presentation skills.


Responsibilities: - Manage and lead a team of contact center agents to ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times - Develop and implement strategies to improve overall customer satisfaction and retention - Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions - Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff members - Collaborate with other departments to address customer inquiries and issues in a timely and efficient manner - Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve contact center operations


Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in a related field - Minimum of 8 years of experience in contact center management - Strong leadership and communication skills - Ability to think creatively and problem-solve effectively - Experience with contact center technology and software - Excellent presentation skills - Energetic and dedicated personality traits
