Job Description - Contact Center Manager - Work from home

Job Description:


We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Contact Center Manager to join our team at AK Steel Holding. This is a part-time position that allows for remote work from home in London, England, UK. As a mid-to-senior level role, we require a minimum of 7 years of experience in contact center management.


Responsibilities: 1. Lead and manage a team of contact center agents to ensure exceptional customer service and support. 2. Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and effectiveness of the contact center operations. 3. Monitor and analyze key performance metrics to drive continuous improvement and meet KPIs. 4. Collaborate with other departments to align contact center activities with business objectives. 5. Handle escalations and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. 6. Conduct regular trainings and provide coaching to enhance the skills of the contact center team. 7. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure the contact center operates at the highest level.


Requirements: 1. 7+ years of experience in contact center management. 2. Resourceful and passionate individual with a strong sense of ownership. 3. Excellent project management skills and ability to adapt to changing circumstances. 4. Proven track record of leading successful contact center teams. 5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote work setting.
