Job Description - Remote Contact Center Officer

Job Description:


As a Remote Contact Center Officer at Prudential Financial, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service in a remote setting. Your main duties will include handling phone calls, emails, and other forms of communication from customers, addressing their inquiries, resolving their issues, and providing them with information about Prudential Financial products and services. Additionally, you will be expected to work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.


Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. 2. Assist customers with account-related questions, transactions, and requests. 3. Provide information about Prudential Financial products and services, including retirement plans and life insurance. 4. Resolve customer complaints, escalating issues as needed to ensure customer satisfaction. 5. Follow company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with industry regulations. 6. Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals and objectives. 7. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 8. Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your knowledge and skills.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail. 4. Dedication to providing exceptional customer service. 5. Motivated and able to work independently in a remote environment. 6. Innovative mindset and adaptability to change. 7. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. 8. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
