Job Description: Delek US Holdings is looking for a Contact Center Officer to join our team in London, UK. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals who are looking to kickstart their career in customer service.
Responsibilities: - Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and messages from customers - Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and processing orders - Document all customer interactions accurately in the CRM system - Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer issues are resolved in a timely manner - Follow company policies and procedures when dealing with sensitive customer information - Participate in training sessions to improve product knowledge and customer service skills
