Job Description - Contact Center Officer


Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and independent Contact Center Officer to join our team at Capital One Financial in London, England, UK. As a part-time Entry Level employee, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support through our contact center channels.


Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Assisting customers with account inquiries, transactions, and issue resolution. 3. Providing product information and guidance to customers. 4. Escalating complex customer issues to the appropriate department. 5. Documenting customer interactions accurately in our system. 6. Collaborating with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 7. Participating in ongoing training and development programs. 8. Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service role. 2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 4. Excellent time management and project management skills. 5. Proficiency in using computer systems and software. 6. Motivated and eager to learn and grow within the company.
