Job Description - Contact Center Officer

Job Description:


We are looking for a resilient and driven Contact Center Officer to join the Disney Contact Center team in London, England. As an Entry Level position, no prior experience is required, but a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are essential. The Contact Center Officer will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats from customers, providing exceptional customer service and assistance with inquiries, issues, and requests related to Disney products and services.


Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with booking tickets, making reservations, and resolving any issues or complaints - Utilize the company's CRM system to accurately document customer interactions and follow up on any outstanding matters - Work closely with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Stay up-to-date on all Disney products, services, and promotions in order to provide accurate information to customers - Identify and escalate any potential issues or trends to management for further investigation - Meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by the company


Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused attitude - Ability to work well in a team environment and demonstrate emotional intelligence - Proficiency in using computers and navigating multiple software programs simultaneously - Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
