Job Description:
Palantir Technologies is seeking a Contact Center Officer to join our team in a part-time, work-from-home position based in London, England, UK. As an Associate-level employee with at least 3 years of experience in a customer service role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer support to our valued clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner 2. Resolving customer issues and complaints with empathy and efficiency 3. Providing product information and technical support to customers 4. Troubleshooting technical problems and escalating complex issues to the appropriate team 5. Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions in our CRM system 6. Collaborating with team members to improve processes and enhance the customer experience 7. Meeting and exceeding performance metrics related to customer satisfaction and call resolution
Requirements: 1. Resilient and reliable personality traits to handle challenging customer interactions 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to lead conversations 3. Ability to work independently and demonstrate leadership in a remote work environment 4. Proficient computer skills and familiarity with CRM software 5. High school diploma or equivalent required, additional education or certifications preferred
