Contact Center Officer - Work from home

Job Description:

Raytheon Technologies is seeking a Contact Center Officer to join our team in London, England. This is a part-time position that can be done remotely from home. As an Associate level employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through phone and email communication.

Responsibilities: - Handle incoming calls and emails from customers regarding inquiries, issues, and requests - Assist customers with product information, orders, returns, and general inquiries - Provide personalized service to customers by addressing their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and efficient manner - Follow-up with customers to ensure their needs have been met and their concerns have been addressed - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions and transactions

Requirements: - 2 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Independent and passionate individual who takes initiative and thrives in a remote work environment - Strong time management skills to effectively prioritize tasks and meet deadlines - Persuasion skills to handle difficult customers and resolve conflicts - Excellent verbal and written communication skills - Proficient in using computer systems and software applications - High school diploma or equivalent required
