Job Description - Contact Center Representative

Job description:


Tesoro is currently seeking a confident and motivated Contact Center Representative to join our team in London, England. As an Entry Level position, the successful candidate will have at least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.


Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and emails from customers in a professional and timely manner. 2. Providing accurate information about products and services. 3. Resolving customer complaints and issues with efficiency and empathy. 4. Escalating complex problems to the appropriate department. 5. Conducting research to find solutions to customer inquiries. 6. Making decisions on behalf of the company to ensure customer satisfaction. 7. Keeping detailed records of customer interactions. 8. Collaborating with team members to improve overall customer experience.


Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. 3. Strong research abilities to find solutions to customer inquiries. 4. Ability to make decisions quickly and effectively. 5. Confident and motivated personality. 6. Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. 7. Strong customer service skills with a focus on empathy and understanding.
