Job Description:

PPG Industries is seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Contact Center Representative in our London, England office. This is a part-time entry-level position with no prior experience required.

Responsibilities: - Handling inbound and outbound calls in a professional and courteous manner - Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues efficiently - Processing orders and maintaining accurate records in the database - Collaborating with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction - Adhering to company policies and procedures at all times
