Job Description - Contact Center Representative

Job Description:


Pacific Life is seeking a dynamic and energetic Contact Center Representative to join our team in London, England, UK. As a part-time Associate level position, the Contact Center Representative will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and providing excellent customer service.


Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly and effectively. 3. Providing information about Pacific Life products and services to customers. 4. Updating customer information in the database with accuracy. 5. Working closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Meeting and exceeding sales targets and KPIs. 7. Handling customer escalations and finding resolutions to complex issues. 8. Processing customer orders and payments. 9. Participating in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills.


Requirements: 1. 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field. 2. Energetic and driven personality traits. 3. Strong persuasion and strategic planning skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult situations with grace. 6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
