Job Description - Remote Contact Center Representative

Job Description:


Toys “R” Us is seeking a Remote Contact Center Representative to join our team in London, England, UK. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in customer service. The ideal candidate should possess the personality traits of being hardworking and reliable, as well as soft skills in strategic planning and critical thinking.


Responsibilities: - Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Assist customers with product information, order placement, and issue resolution - Provide exceptional customer service by actively listening to customer needs and finding appropriate solutions - Document all customer interactions accurately in the company's CRM system - Collaborate with other departments to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Meet and exceed key performance indicators and targets set by the company - Continuously improve knowledge of company products and services to better assist customers


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
