Job Description:
Time Warner Cable is seeking a passionate and resourceful Remote Contact Center Representative to join our team in London, England. As a part-time entry-level position, the Remote Contact Center Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our valued customers.
Responsibilities: 1. Answering incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner. 2. Resolving customer issues and complaints with a focus on exceeding customer expectations and delivering delight. 3. Providing product and service information to customers. 4. Processing orders, returns, and exchanges accurately. 5. Documenting customer interactions and updating customer records in the database. 6. Collaborating with other team members to achieve team goals and improve overall customer satisfaction.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 3. Strong project management and attention to detail. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. High school diploma or equivalent.
