Contact Center Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Henry Schein is seeking a Contact Center Representative to join our team in London, England. As a Work from Home employee, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This is a part-time position at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chats from customers - Assist customers with product inquiries, orders, and issue resolution - Provide accurate information on products, pricing, and availability - Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales opportunities - Document all interactions and maintain customer records in the system - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience

Requirements: - Hardworking and driven individual with excellent communication skills - Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work in a fast-paced environment - Strong strategic planning and problem-solving skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
