Job Description:
XPO Logistics is seeking a Contact Center Representative to join our team in London, England. This is a part-time position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. As a Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers and providing them with exceptional service and support.
Responsibilities: 1. Answer incoming calls from customers and provide assistance with inquiries, orders, and complaints. 2. Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide updates on shipments. 3. Use excellent communication skills to build rapport with customers and provide a positive experience. 4. Utilize computer systems to track customer interactions, update information, and process orders. 5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure timely resolution of customer issues and complaints. 6. Conduct research as needed to provide customers with accurate information and solutions. 7. Meet and exceed key performance indicators related to call volume, quality, and customer satisfaction. 8. Adhere to company policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and standards.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or call center role. 2. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Reliable and confident personality with a positive attitude. 4. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues. 5. Strong research skills to quickly find information and solutions for customers. 6. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred.
