Job Description - Contact Center Representative - Work from home

Job Description:


Molina Healthcare is seeking a dedicated and resourceful Contact Center Representative to join our team in London, England. This is a part-time, work from home position at the Associate Level, requiring a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role. As a Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our members and healthcare providers through various communication channels.


Responsibilities: - Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls, emails, and chats in a timely and professional manner - Assist members with inquiries regarding their healthcare benefits, claims, and services - Document all interactions accurately in the system and follow up on any unresolved issues - Provide guidance and support to members in navigating the healthcare system and accessing necessary resources - Collaborate with other departments to resolve member issues and escalate complex cases as needed - Meet or exceed performance metrics, including call quality, productivity, and customer satisfaction targets


Requirements: - Strong communication skills and emotional intelligence to empathize with members and de-escalate challenging situations - Analytical skills to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in customer service operations - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a remote work environment - Proficiency in using technology and software applications for communication and data entry - High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred
