Contact Center Representative - Work from home

Job Description:

Fannie Mae is currently seeking a Contact Center Representative to join our team in London, England on a part-time basis. As a Contact Center Representative, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to our clients over the phone while working from home. This position is at an Associate Level and requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers in a professional and courteous manner - Address customer inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide information about our products and services - Document all customer interactions accurately in the system - Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and resolve any issues effectively - Meet and exceed performance metrics such as call quality, adherence to schedule, and customer satisfaction ratings - Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers

Requirements: - Adaptability and resilience in a fast-paced and changing work environment - Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently - Excellent problem-solving abilities to address customer concerns effectively - Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent required, Bachelor's degree preferred
