Contact Center Specialist

Job description:

Old Republic International is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team in London, England. This part-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in a professional and efficient manner - Provide accurate and timely information to customers regarding products, services, and policies - Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and patience - Perform data entry and maintain accurate customer records - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Identify opportunities for process improvement and escalate issues as needed - Meet performance metrics and goals set by management

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Motivated and resilient personality traits - Strong cooperation and problem-solving skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer relationship management software - Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
