Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:

Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a part-time Contact Center Specialist to join our team in London, England. As an entry-level position, this role is perfect for individuals with at least 1 year of experience and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate will be adaptable and confident, with strong research and project management skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, issues, and requests. 2. Provide excellent customer service by resolving customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. 3. Conduct research to address complex customer inquiries and provide accurate information. 4. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience. 5. Utilize project management skills to track and follow up on customer interactions. 6. Requirements: 1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong research and project management skills. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Adaptable and confident personality traits.
