Job Description - Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:


We are looking for a passionate and driven Contact Center Specialist to join our team at Walt Disney in London, England. As a Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our guests through various communication channels. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience for all customers.


Responsibilities: 1. Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Identify and assess customers' needs to provide appropriate solutions and recommendations. 3. Handle escalated customer complaints and issues with empathy and professionalism. 4. Process orders, reservations, and ticket sales accurately and efficiently. 5. Collaborate with other departments to streamline processes and improve customer satisfaction. 6. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system. 7. Stay up-to-date on company products, services, policies, and promotions to provide accurate information to customers. 8. Assist with training new team members and providing support as needed.


Requirements: 1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport with customers. 4. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively. 5. Driven and adaptable personality traits. 6. Strategic planning and persuasion soft skills. 7. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. 8. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed. 9. Visa sponsorship available for qualified candidates.
