Job Description - Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:


UnitedHealth Group is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team in London, England. This part-time position is ideal for individuals who are driven and resilient, with a passion for customer service and problem-solving.


Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding inquiries, issues, and complaints - Provide accurate information and assistance to customers, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction - Use persuasion and negotiation skills to resolve customer problems and retain their business - Document all customer interactions and maintain detailed records of customer communications - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet or exceed performance goals and targets set by management


Requirements: - 1 year of experience in a customer service role - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse range of customers - Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities - Driven and resilient personality traits - Soft skills in persuasion and negotiation - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent
