Job Description - Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:


As a Contact Center Specialist at Salesforce in London, England, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will be assisting customers with inquiries, troubleshooting technical issues, and providing guidance on Salesforce products and services. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


Responsibilities: - Respond to and resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner - Provide accurate information about Salesforce products and services - Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams for resolution - Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving - Follow company guidelines and procedures for handling customer interactions - Meet or exceed performance metrics related to customer service, productivity, and quality


Requirements: - 3 years of experience in a customer service or contact center role - Hardworking and driven individual with a strong work ethic - Excellent planning and problem-solving skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively - Strong communication skills, both written and verbal - Knowledge of Salesforce products and services is a plus
