Alliance Data Systems is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team in London, England. This part-time entry-level position is perfect for individuals looking to jumpstart their career in the customer service industry. No prior experience is required, as we provide comprehensive training to all our employees.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with professionalism and empathy - Provide exceptional customer service by resolving inquiries and issues in a timely manner - Utilize our CRM system to accurately document customer interactions - Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent service delivery - Adhere to company policies and procedures to uphold quality standards - Continuously seek opportunities for personal and professional growth within the role
