Remote Contact Center Specialist

Job Description:

CBS is seeking a Remote Contact Center Specialist to join our team in London, England. This part-time position is ideal for individuals with at least 3 years of experience in customer service or call center roles. As an Associate Level Remote Contact Center Specialist, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients through various communication channels.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and live chat interactions with customers - Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints in a professional and timely manner - Research and resolve customer questions and problems - Document all customer interactions and follow-up as needed - Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Meet quality assurance standards and key performance metrics - Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends - Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned

Requirements: - 3+ years of experience in customer service or call center roles - Dedicated and reliable work ethic - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment - Excellent research skills - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software - High school diploma or equivalent, college degree preferred
