Contact Center Specialist - Work from home

Job Description:

Ecolab, a global leader in water, hygiene, and energy technologies and services, is seeking a Contact Center Specialist to join our team in London, England. This is a part-time, entry-level position that allows you to work from the comfort of your own home. We are looking for individuals who are resilient, confident, and possess strong project management and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities: - Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with inquiries, orders, and product information - Provide exceptional customer service by resolving issues and ensuring customer satisfaction - Use CRM software to input customer data, update records, and track interactions - Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues - Meet and exceed key performance indicators, including call quality and customer satisfaction metrics - Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance product knowledge and customer service skills

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent - No prior experience required, training will be provided - Strong communication skills and ability to empathize with customers - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Proficiency with computers, including MS Office and CRM software - Must have a quiet and dedicated workspace at home - Must have a reliable internet connection
