Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and hardworking Customer Care Assistant to join our team at CHS in London, England, UK. As a part-time Associate Level position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients.
Responsibilities: 1. Answering customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolving customer complaints in a timely and professional manner. 3. Providing product information and assistance with orders. 4. Processing returns and exchanges. 5. Maintaining customer records and updating databases. 6. Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed. 7. Collaborating with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years of experience in a customer service role. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Strong planning and organizational skills. 4. Ability to work well under pressure and multitask effectively. 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software. 6. Must be a team player and willing to go above and beyond for our customers. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
