Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:

Biogen is seeking a part-time Customer Care Assistant to join our team in London, England. As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. This role is perfect for someone who is driven, passionate, and possesses strong strategic planning skills and emotional intelligence.

Responsibilities: - Answer customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner - Resolve customer complaints, issues, and concerns effectively and efficiently - Maintain accurate customer records and databases - Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless customer experiences - Identify and implement opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - 4 years of experience in customer service or a related field - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to multitask and prioritize workload - Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software - Excellent problem-solving abilities - High level of emotional intelligence and empathy - Strategic planning skills to anticipate customer needs and trends - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Driven and passionate about providing exceptional customer care
