Job Description:
The Customer Care Assistant at Priceline Group will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. This role involves handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Resolving customer complaints and issues to ensure a positive customer experience. 3. Providing accurate information regarding products, services, and policies to customers. 4. Collaborating with internal teams to address complex customer queries. 5. Maintaining customer records and documentation accurately. 6. Assisting with customer retention strategies and initiatives. 7. Upholding company policies and procedures related to customer care.
Requirements: 1. 1 year of customer service experience preferred. 2. Resilient and adaptable to changing customer needs and situations. 3. Strong decision-making and critical thinking skills. 4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 5. Ability to work efficiently in a team environment. 6. Basic computer skills and proficiency with customer service software. 7. High school diploma or equivalent required.
