Customer Care Assistant

United States Steel is currently seeking a passionate and resourceful Customer Care Assistant to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: 1. Serve as the first point of contact for customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service via phone, email, and in-person interactions. 2. Assist customers with order processing, product information, and issue resolution in a timely and professional manner. 3. Manage customer accounts, including updating contact information, processing payments, and handling returns or exchanges. 4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience and resolve any issues that may arise. 5. Utilize critical thinking skills to identify trends in customer inquiries and provide feedback to management on ways to improve processes.

Requirements: 1. Strong time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. 2. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. 3. Demonstrated ability to think critically and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment. 4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 5. Previous experience in a customer service role is required.
