Customer Care Assistant

Job Description:

Ro is seeking a reliable and resourceful Customer Care Assistant to join our team in London, England. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in customer service. The Customer Care Assistant will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, answering inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities: - Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner - Assist customers with product information, ordering, and troubleshooting - Resolve customer complaints and issues with empathy and efficiency - Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless customer experience - Provide feedback to management on customer trends and issues - Maintain accurate customer records and information in the database - Stay up to date on product knowledge and industry trends - Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed

Requirements: - 2+ years of experience in customer service - Reliable and resourceful with a strong work ethic - Creativity and leadership skills - Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer service software - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
