Customer Care Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Kroger is seeking a dedicated Customer Care Assistant to work from home in London, England. As a Customer Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients through a variety of communication channels. This is a part-time position at the Associate Level, requiring 4 years of experience in a customer service role.

Responsibilities: 1. Assist customers with inquiries, issues, and complaints through phone, email, and chat. 2. Resolve customer concerns in a timely and professional manner. 3. Provide product information and assistance with placing orders. 4. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 5. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer needs effectively. 6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies. 7. Meet and exceed customer satisfaction goals set by management.

Requirements: 1. Passionate about providing exceptional customer service. 2. Resilient and able to handle challenging situations with composure. 3. Strong planning and organizational skills. 4. Ability to work cooperatively with team members. 5. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. 6. Proficient computer skills and experience with customer service software. 7.
