Customer Care Assistant - Work from home

Job Description:

Consolidated Edison is currently seeking a part-time Customer Care Assistant to work from home in London, England. As an Associate Level position, the ideal candidate will have at least 4 years of experience in customer service. We are looking for a confident and independent individual with strong teamwork and communication skills.

Responsibilities: 1. Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner. 2. Providing information about products, services, and company policies. 3. Resolving customer issues and complaints efficiently and effectively. 4. Escalating complex problems to the appropriate department for resolution. 5. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and transactions. 6. Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed.

Requirements: 1. Minimum of 4 years experience in customer service. 2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. 3. Strong problem-solving abilities. 4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software. 6. High school diploma or equivalent.
